About Doofus Studios

Doofus Studios is a one-person business. Every design, product, and order is made, packed, and shipped by me. Please keep this in mind regarding processing times, response times, and stock availability.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and taxes. Orders are processed once the payment is confirmed. I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if there's a stock issue, pricing error, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and branding are original creations of Doofus Studios and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use my designs for commercial purposes without rewritten permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item, not the rights to the artwork itself.
Any fan-inspired designs are unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by the original rights holders.

Shipping

Shipping timelines and responsibilities are outlined in my Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms as well.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me with photos within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right. 

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition/packaging. To start a return, contact me at doofystudios@gmail.com with your order number.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. 

Limitation of Liability

While I take care in producing and packaging every order, I'm not responsible for delays, losses, or circumstances outside my control. 

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the shop operated. Continued use of this shop after updates means you accept the current terms.
