Processing Times 

Orders are handmade and shipped by me personally from Finland, and typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days. During busier periods (holidays, restocks, etc.), this may extend slightly.

Shipping Times

All untracked orders ship via Posti (national post), tracked orders ship via a courier of my choice (Matkahuolto, GLS).

Shipping (transit) times estimates are as follows: 
- Domestic (Finland): 1-5 business days
- Europe: 1-3 weeks
- Everywhere else: 3-8 weeks

Take into consideration holidays might delay these times. Tracked orders typically arrive faster. 

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply upon arrival. These are determined by your country's regulation and are the buyer's responsibility. I do not collect these fees at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order ships, it's in the carrier's hands. The store is not responsible for untracked orders that may go missing or undelivered. I strongly encourage purchasing tracked shipping if your area's postal system isn't reliable. For tracked orders, if something looks stuck or delayed, feel free to reach out and I'll help however I can.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, I can reship it, but the buyer will need to cover the additional shipping cost.

Damaged Items

Every order is packed carefully to arrive intact. If your items arrive damaged, contact me with a photo and I'll work with you on a replacement or a refund.
