How long does shipping take from Finland?
Please note I send all mail untracked (snail mail), so these times are only estimates:

Europe: 2-10 business days.
United States: 10-30 business days.
Rest of the world: 10-30 business days.

Again, shipping times may vary and there are certain circumstances in which delays may occur. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If your country's postal system is unreliable, please upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. 

Where do you ship?
I ship worldwide! 

Will I have to pay customs/tariff fees? 
If you are in the USA, you will not have to pay customs or tariffs fees. However, if you are outside of the EU, you may have to pay fees depending on your country. I am not responsible for those fees.

My stickers arrived damaged - what do I do?
Please contact me as soon as possible with pictures attached. I will refund or re-send, depending on the situation. 

Can I change my address if I make a mistake?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you notice a mistake in your address. Once the order is marked as shipped, I cannot change the address anymore, and it will likely be returned to me. If you want me to reship it, you're responsible for paying the shipping fee again. 

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order until the order is marked as shipped.

I want to return my order, how can I do this? 
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition/packaging. To start a return, click here.

EU Customers: If you are exercising your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, please use our withdrawal form - no login required. You have 14 days from delivery of your last item to submit your request.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. 

Can I add a gift note?
Sure! I try to include little doodles and handwritten notes in every order, so feel free to request something specific. I don't offer any special gift packaging, but everything is packaged in glassine bags, ready to be gifted to someone else or yourself :). 

Are your stickers waterproof? 
Yes! My stickers are waterproof and weatherproof up to 4 years.

What's the Mail Club and how does it work?
Every month I will send you snail mail in an envelope including: a sticker sheet, 2-3 stickers, double-sided scrapbook paper, bonus gifts (sticker sheet, print, memo papers, stickers...) and a letter. The shipping is always included in the price. Subscribe before the end of the month to receive that month's edition! 

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same day you subscribed the first time. You can manage your subscription by logging into your customer portal or by contacting me.
